01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using harta88 and the operator of the harta88 platform. They apply to the website, player account, sports betting services, casino games, bonuses, customer support and payment functions made available through harta88.

05 Account Security

06 Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits may be supported in MYR through available channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Availability, limits and processing times may change according to the payment provider, account status and maintenance conditions.

A payment method used with harta88 must belong to or be lawfully controlled by the verified player. Third-party deposits may be rejected, returned or held for review. harta88 does not accept responsibility for fees, exchange charges, banking delays or interruptions imposed by an external financial institution.

07 Withdrawals

08 Bonuses and Promotions

09 Sports Betting Rules

A sports wager becomes valid only after harta88 accepts it and records it in the account history. Odds may change before acceptance. A bet slip, selection or request that has not been confirmed by harta88 does not constitute an accepted wager.

Markets covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, e-sports and other events are settled using the applicable market rules and recognised official results. Subsequent appeals or corrections may not affect settlement unless harta88 determines that the original result was published in error within the relevant settlement period.

Postponed, abandoned or rescheduled events are handled under the rules displayed for that sport or market. Obvious pricing, participant or technical errors may result in a wager being voided or settled at the correct market terms where permitted.

10 Casino and Live Game Rules

Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system, certified random-number mechanism or live dealer procedure. The result recorded by the harta88 game server and provider records will ordinarily be final, subject to investigation of a verified malfunction.

Each game may have separate minimum and maximum stakes, return-to-player information and settlement rules. Players must review the game information before wagering. 13 Suspension and Account Closure

14 Service Availability and Liability
